Andy Heller will be a featured speaker at this year’s Investor Palooza, the year’s most anticipated event for real estate investors. Heller is known for his long term investment strategies, which he practices 2 – 5 hours each week while still working his full time job.
Andy and his partner, Scott Frank, have purchased, rented and sold over 100 properties in recent years. Their investing system, called “Buy Low, Rent Smart, Sell High”, is a grounded and realistic wealth generating method.
In 2005 Fortune Magazine recognized Heller and his strategies among the best to make money in real estate. Requests for speaking engagements started flowing in and shortly after, Andy opened the doors on his educational company “Regular Riches”.
